Very detailed and well-refined boards. Dialogue will most definitely help in understanding the story, but what I'm most concerned for is the complexity of the shots- might not lend itself well to animation.

make sure you have time to complete the project within your work ethic, if you are spending 20 minutes on each drawings thats about 4 drawings per hour which would make it a struggle to animate
Your drawings are gorgeous as always, and I have no trouble reading what is happening in each scene. My only concern would be your timing. Near the end I feel like this is supposed to be a very intense scene, but it feels slow and drawn out. That might change once you have sound, but if not I'd suggest playing with your timing to get your tone across.
Everything seems to fit in at the moment. All that I can say is to make sure you're not taking in more than you can chew and manage your work schedule so you can achieve what you want to portray in your piece.
What happens with the fight scene, is a little difficult to understand. Everything else flows smoothly, but maybe showing the keys of the fight will help. Also needs music and sound effects to help the dramatics of the story.
